Cylindrical and square winding machine
This machine is mainly used for the production of square lithium-ion power battery cells, and the main use of Z-shaped lamination method. The positive and negative pole pieces that have been cut are placed in the material box, and the two sets of manipulator mechanisms take the positive and negative pole pieces from the material box, and after precise positioning, they are alternately stacked on the lamination platform. The diaphragm is actively unwinded by the motor, and through the tension mechanism and the correction mechanism, the lamination table is introduced. After the lamination is completed, the cell is transferred to the tail roll adhesive station through the battery cell transfer mechanism, and the tail roll is automatically tailwinded, the diaphragm is cut off, the glue is automatically applied, and the battery cell is automatically output.
