一,The main features of the controller
EKM100 series medium frequency welding machine controller is a kind of spot welding machine synchronization controller with DSP chip as the main control unit. The main functional features of this series of controllers are as follows:
①32 sets of welding specifications storage: more flexible selection and control can be carried out when welding.
②The preheating current, welding current and tempering current can be set, which effectively solves the problem of splashing generated during the welding process and quenching of the workpiece after welding. Three discharge pulses can be used alone or in any combination.
③With current ramp-up/ramp-down function: The use of the ramp-up/ramp-down function can avoid splashing during welding and meet the welding requirements of special materials.
④Counting function: With the counting function, you can count the number of welds, use this function, you can easily understand the work efficiency.
⑤With single point/continuous/seam welding function
⑥Energy saving: three-phase power input, rectifier inverter after the medium frequency 1000-4000Hz output, high working frequency, transformer core using alloy material magnetic loss is small, energy saving effect is obvious.
⑦Easy to install and use: The transformer used in the intermediate frequency inverter welding machine is greatly reduced compared with the power frequency, the overall equipment is lightweight, and the installation and use are convenient.
⑧Fault diagnosis and automatic protection function: During the work, if the controller detects an abnormal situation, it will automatically close the output and prompt it.
⑨Communication and BCD code control function: can be connected to the industrial computer, PLC and other equipment, to achieve remote control of automatic management, to provide work efficiency.
