Equipment composition and introduction:
This section of equipment is used in CdTe, CIGS and other thin-film solar cell substrates and backplane packaging lines, including substrate insulation adhesive patching, bus bar patching, drainage strip patching, sealant patching, EVA four-sided cutting punching and cover back plate, the whole line output efficiency ≤ 50S, product accuracy and efficiency is high.
After the machine automatically pulls the EVA film and truncates it, it is moved to the cutting platform, the vacuum suction plate presses the EVA film, and the EVA film is cut in the outer ring of the vacuum suction plate (the cutting knife and the rotating device are equipped with safety protective covers), and the EVA material is punched at the same time. After cutting, the vacuum suction cup automatically moves above the battery board and accurately covers the EVA film in the center of the substrate. After the film transfer mechanism is returned, the automatic back plate glass flipper (equipped with safety net) covers the pre-prepared back plate glass on the battery board that has been covered with EVA film. The laid EVA is wrinkle-free and stain-free, and the cutting waste is automatically collected. Back plate after closure, no oil, dust and missing corners of chipping edges.
